Although 2020 has been a year filled with uncertainties, one thing hasn’t changed: the National Whistleblower Center (NWC) has remained committed to protecting whistleblowers. And here’s what we know: as the fight against Covid-19 continues, we need whistleblowers more than ever.

To date, Congress has authorized nearly $2.6 trillion in spending, creating enormous opportunities for waste, fraud, and abuse. Over the course of this year, multiple brave whistleblowers have already come forward to expose shortages in – and outright refusals to provide - personal protective equipment, fraudulent spending, and more.

That’s why the National Whistleblower Center is working every day to educate whistleblowers about how to safely report fraud and working with our allies and grassroots supporters to win stronger whistleblower protections. But we have a long way to go and we can’t do this without you.
